Is coffee bringing you more harm than help in your college career? Do you have any of the following symptoms? Unfortunately, coffee my be your culprit.
Do you have any of these symptoms? How do you keep going during your day without caffeine? I’ve always had issues with coffee upsetting my stomach. As someone who has completely cut caffeine out of their diet, it’s possible, but hard. I’d love to hear what you guys do to be more alert in the mornings!
